These instructions cover HANDORU website records and Platform Data received from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Login, and Messenger.

A Service Business can disconnect WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger from its HANDORU channel settings. It can also remove HANDORU from the connected Meta business, Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp settings. HANDORU then removes the stored channel credential and stops processing new events for that connection.
Email dusan@handoru.ai with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the email address you used with HANDORU, the Service Business name, and the connected channel. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or message content by email.
We will verify that the requester controls the relevant HANDORU account, Service Business, or connected Meta asset. A customer asking about a conversation may also contact the Service Business that owns the channel. Verification prevents one person from deleting another business's records.
After verification, we remove the applicable connected-account identifiers and credentials, customer identifiers, conversation and message records, webhook payloads, and account records held by HANDORU, unless we must retain a limited record for security, fraud prevention, a legal claim, or another legal obligation. Infrastructure backups expire under the hosting provider's normal backup cycle.
We will acknowledge the request and provide confirmation when it is complete, or explain which limited records must remain and why. We process requests within the period required by applicable data-protection law.
