This notice explains what Handoru collects through this public website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, we collect the contact, business, channel, workflow, and system information you choose to submit. We also record the submission time, source page, and consent you provide. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, patient records, or other sensitive customer data through this form.
Early access and security
We use waitlist information to review potential pilot fit, contact you about early access, answer your questions, and plan a possible first build. We process this information on the basis of your consent and, where relevant, to take steps you request before entering a service relationship. We may also process limited technical records where necessary to protect the site and prevent abuse.
Service providers
Railway hosts the website and database. Resend delivers waitlist notifications to the Handoru inbox. If you allow analytics, PostHog processes website and product-usage events for us. These providers process information on our instructions and may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards available under applicable data-protection law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep waitlist records while we evaluate and operate the early-access programme, and ordinarily no longer than 24 months after your last interaction unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or an active business relationship. You may ask us to remove your record sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw waitlist consent at any time by emailing hello@handoru.ai. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Optional product analytics
With your permission, PostHog records website and product usage such as page views and interactions. We configure person profiles only for users who are explicitly identified and do not use PostHog for advertising. The waitlist form can also save an unfinished draft in your browser. Updates
We may update this notice as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
