These terms cover the public Handoru website and waitlist. A future paid product or pilot will have its own written agreement.

No promise of access
Joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship, guarantee admission to a pilot, reserve capacity, or commit either side to a purchase. We may contact you to ask questions, assess fit, or discuss separate pilot terms.
Information may change
HANDORU is under active development. Descriptions, examples, channel availability, integrations, timing, and prices may change. Demonstrations are illustrative unless a written pilot agreement says otherwise.
Content and marks
The site design, copy, software, and HANDORU identity belong to their respective owner or licensors. You may view and share links to the public site, but may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or present its content as your own without permission.
Keep it appropriate
You remain responsible for information you submit. Do not send confidential customer records, credentials, payment data, medical information, unlawful material, or content you do not have permission to share. You allow us to use your submission only to operate the waitlist, evaluate a possible relationship, and improve the early product.
Provided as available
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the public site is provided as available without warranties. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

The site may link to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave this site.
